The Lebak Water District (LEWADI) intends to procure Supply, Delivery and Installation of Various Materials and Fittings for Rehabilitation and Expansion of Transmission and Distribution Lines at Brgy. Pasandalan, Brgy. Poblacion 3, Brgy. Tibpuan and Brgy. Salaman with an Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) of Six Million One Hundred Twenty Thousand Seven Hundred Thirty-Eight Pesos & 01/100 (Php6,120,738.01). The LEWADI Bids and Award Committee (BAC) now invites technically, legally, and financially capable suppliers for the said project.

This addendum is issued to clarify, modify or amend items in the Bidding Documents for GIP2024-10-007 the Supply, Delivery and Installation of Various Materials and Fittings for Rehabilitation and Expansion of Transmission and Distribution Lines at Brgy. Pasandalan, Brgy. Poblacion 3, Brgy. Tibpuan and Brgy. Salaman. This shall form an integral part of the Bid Documents.
